This position requires the ability to effectively control and improve all aspects of daily process operations with emphasis on safety, budgeting, team building and training. Process engineers must work effectively with all plant departments to establish operational efficiency of plant production and process improvements.

US Vanadium is in immediate need of an Industrial Mechanic. This position requires the plant maintenance team to provide maintenance, repair, or installation services for the Hot Springs, U.S. Vanadium facility.

Laborer / Process Operator
US Vanadium is in immediate need of a Laborer/Process Operator. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently starting and regulating plant processing equipment. The laborer/plant operator will run and monitor plant operations under the direction of the shift supervisors and department superintendents. The laborer position is a preliminary position prior to moving into a plant operator position. Time spent in the laborer position is dependent on job openings and seniority within the Union (United Steelworkers Local 7612).

Human Resources manager
US Vanadium is in immediate need of a Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for building a competent and committed employee workforce. Responsibilities include assuring compliance with all federal and state employment requirements, overseeing compensation and benefit plans, managing labor and employee relations, recruiting, training, encouraging employee communication programs, and ensuring that personnel management practices align with U.S. Vanadium’s leadership philosophy and values.
