Premium Grade V2O5 Flake
Premium Grade V2O5 flake is a high-purity fused product produced at our ISO 9001:2015 certified Hot Springs, Arkansas facility. This is the highest purity fused flake vanadium pentoxide in the world and is used in Vanadium Aluminum master alloys for use in critical aerospace applications and other alloys.

VANADIUM OXYTRICHLORIDE (VOCL3)
US Vanadium’s Vanadium Oxytrichloride is a high-purity catalyst used in the production of EPDM rubber. It is also blended with titanium tetrachloride to form vanadium-titanium mixes for polyethylene production.
VANADIUM TETRACHLORIDE (VCL4)
US Vanadium’s Vanadium Tetrachloride is a high-purity catalyst used in the production of EPDM rubber and production of titanium alloy powders.
VANADIUM TITANIUM MIX (80:20) (VTI 80-20)
US Vanadium’s blend of high-purity Vanadium Oxytrichloride and Titanium Tetrachloride is used as a catalyst in polyethylene production. Other mixes (50:50 and 65:35) are available.

VANADYL SULFATE SOLUTION
US Vanadium’s Vanadyl Sulfate Solution is used in catalysts that remove sulfur during oil refining and other production processes.
STRETVANTM SODIUM VANADATE SOLUTION
US Vanadium’s StretvanTM solution has been specially formulated for use in the Stretford and Benfield processes that remove hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and/or carbon dioxide (CO2) from gases. Stretford producers consider this high-quality product superior to sodium ammonium vanadate because its highly active vanadium content more effectively helps convert hydrogen sulfide into elemental sulfur. StretvanTM solution’s low-chloride content and lack of ammonia also meets the special requirements of this process.
VANADYL OXALATE SOLUTION
US Vanadium’s Vanadyl Oxalate Solution is used in catalysts that remove sulfur and nitrogen during oil refining and other production processes.

80% Ferrovanadium is a high-quality product used as a universal strengthener and hardener for high-strength steels, tool steels, and other ferrous based products.

US Vanadium’s standard VRB Electrolyte. Other Electrolyte compositions can be made to meet specific customer needs upon request.
POTASSIUM METAVANADATE SOLUTION
Potassium metavanadate solution is typically used as a corrosion inhibitor in the Benfield Process, a technique used to remove the acid-gases, CO2 and H2S from petroleum and industrial gases in petrochemical production.
