US & Canada Return Policy – US Vanadium LLC

Authorized Returns

US Vanadium will issue a full credit for:

1. Products that do not meet the specifications outlined in the Order Confirmation due to nonconformance, as defined in Section 4.1 of our “General Terms and Conditions of Sale“; and

2. Products found to be defective upon delivery to the Purchaser.

All return requests must be submitted within 45 days of the delivery date. Once return authorization is granted, the items must be received by US Vanadium within 30 days. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without prior written approval from US Vanadium will not be accepted or credited. Unauthorized or noncompliant returns may be:

• Disposed of at the Purchaser’s expense,

• Returned to the Purchaser at their cost, or

• Subject to removal from US Vanadium’s facilities by the Purchaser, also at their expense.

Any related costs for return shipping or disposal will be billed to the Purchaser. Items that do not meet our return standards or quality controls will not be credited.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

• Products sold as “non-returnable” or labeled as such,

• Opened, sampled, or partially used items,

• Products with missing or altered packaging or labeling,

• Partial quantities from cases sold as full-case only,

• Reagents, culture media, flammables, sterile or controlled substances,

• Toxic, dangerous, or restricted products,

• Items requiring refrigeration, freezing, or special handling (e.g., perishables or live specimens),

• Non-stock items, custom orders, discontinued products, or items with expired or near-expiry shelf lives.

Defective, Damaged & Missing Item Returns

Credit will not be issued in the following cases:

• Products authorized for return that are not returned,

• Items returned as defective but found to be functional upon inspection,

• Returned items that are not in a condition suitable for resale.

 Restocking Fees

Returns of standard stock items ordered in error by the Purchaser may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to costs associated with inspection, reconditioning, or refurbishment where applicable.

 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed without written approval from US Vanadium. We may deny such requests at our discretion. If cancellation is approved, Purchaser will be responsible for:

• Costs of materials already procured or committed,

• Work in progress,

• Charges related to the return of any goods.

Custom, discontinued, special-order, and made-to-order products are non-cancellable.
